Isn't it utterly ridiculous how fast time goes by? I feel like it wasn't too long ago I was sitting next to Michelle in 6th grade math class doodling all over our math homework. And now, seven year later I'm sitting in the college library, trying to find a way to pass time by. Unfortunatly, none of my friends are next to me, but I know I'll see them soon. Today's the last day of the semester for me--which is totally crazy how quickly that went by--and I can't wait to go home and die on my couch.
I'm actually super pumped for next semester for various reasons. For one thing, I get to have a class with Lorraine and I haven't had any classes with my highschool friends so far. Secondly, I'm excited to be going back to a place that I'm not familiar with. And third of all---the sooner I get through second semester the sooner summer starts! wooo.
Who doesn't get excited for summer? Even adults who have jobs should be excited. But for me--I'm mostly excited to be able to ride my bike (well my sisters bike technically) all over the world without freezing half to death, to go swimming (or pretend to---I can't swim) and most of all to go to CREATION '11, and ROXBURY. :] yay.
I guess I should try to look at other school too. I don't intend on staying at HCC forever, but I have no idea where I want to go after two years. I did love towson at some point in my life, but that ship has long sailed and gone. I was considering Christian colleges, but The main ones people know of is Messiah and Eastern . Eastern is majorly expensive and honestly doesn't appeal to me so much. And everyone and their mother goes to Messiah. So ehh. The search goes on.
When I was looking at Mary Baldwin I probably was insane. The school is really beautiful and I qualify for scholarship---but it's still expensive and on top of that AN ALL GIRLS SCHOOL. I'd loose my sanity by the first semester. Hm..or maybe not.
Oh well. I have another year and a half to decide.
But back on subject---I can't believe how fast this semester went!
